The past 5 months have been eventful to say the least, had cataract surgery on both eyes, had numerous hard falls since late March/early April, have had my Mom in and out of ER and doctors appointments since March and now having finally had an MRI done on my lower back due to right leg going numb and not flexing at knee when I walk in the past several months so am going to once again start Physical Therapy. That being said my online activities are going to be done around what time I have when home as having a harder time sitting in my office chair this past 3 weeks as my lower back has slowly gotten more and more stiff all the way across and it is painful when I get up to walk to the point it makes me hunch over at the waist. This only happens when at my computer so two things are going on, 1 the circulation in my legs is not working right so it makes it hard to get up when my leg goes to sleep and 2 my back is in one awkward position too long and it starts to "freeze" in place so to speak.
this is what happens when I am unable to ambulate fast enough to keep my kids from causing a mess, loud noise and then no one knows who did the booboo!
